Rescuers searched for survivors after the heaviest wave of Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon since the current fighting with Hezbollah began. Israel says it hit more than 100 Hezbollah sites within minutes, killing hundreds and wounding many more. Evacuation warnings were issued in some areas, but not all.
