Israel's Supreme Court is due to rule on an order that would force dozens of aid agencies to cease operations in Gaza and the West Bank. The humanitarian organizations say new Israeli rules are invasive and arbitrary.

Doctors Without Borders is withdrawing international staff from Gaza after Israel introduced new NGO registration rules. Groups say the requirements undermine humanitarian neutrality, while Israel argues they prevent militant infiltration. Many organizations refuse to comply, limiting aid as supplies are blocked. MSF warns its departure will leave Gazans even more isolated.
