Japanese whalers are accused of ramming protesters in the Southern Ocean

Anti-whaling protesters say a Japanese boat has deliberately rammed their vessel in the Southern Ocean. The activists' boat was severely damaged in the incident. All six crew were safely rescued. Japan has accused the activists of reckless behavior.
