On the Republican side, former Arkansas govenor Mike Huckabee bowed out of the race after John McCain won all four contests, giving him more than enough delegates to win his party's nomination. President George W. Bush is now expected to endorse the Arizona senator at the White House later today. +++SYN-MAZ+++
