The secretary general of NATO says the alliance should work together with Russia on missile defense systems. Anders Fogh Rasmussen was speaking a day after the US announced it would ditch its planned missile shield system - which had been a source of considerable tension between Moscow and NATO. Rasmussen says its now time for the two sides to make a new beginning - and enjoy a more productive partnership.
