For it's energy needs, Kenya depends on imported fuels. As gas prices surge, many households are forced to choose between health and affordability. The exploration of Kenya's own offshore resources may be the answer.

Many households in Kenya depend on imported fuels for cooking. Bottled gas is seen as cleaner and safer than common alternatives like kerosene, wood or charcoal. But with prices rising due to the war against Iran , the cleaner and safer option is becoming a luxury.
