Kraft foods has won the hearts of board members at Cadbury with a fresh takeover offer worth 13.7- Bbillion Euros. The deal would put hundreds of brands under one managment. Cadbury products include Dairy Milk, Mints, and Trident chewing gum. Kraft foods include Nabisco cereals, Oreo cookies, and Philadelphia Cream Cheeze. The Board of Cadbury will now ask shareholders to accept the offer.
