Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is meeting Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin - during his first visit to Moscow since 1985. Gaddafi aims to revive military ties between the two countries - and is expected to buy arms from Russia. Reports suggest, in return Moscow may be allowed to have a naval base at the Mediterranean port of Benghazi. +++SYN-MAZ+++
