A tragic accident in Lisbon has claimed more than a dozen lives after the iconic Gloria funicular derailed and crashed into a building during rush hour. Eyewitnesses described scenes of panic as another tram approached. Mayor Carlos Moedas called the incident "unprecedented," with many victims in serious condition.
