Lithuania's government claims to have evidence that Belarusian border guards are facilitating illegal crossings into the EU. "This is a hybrid weapon being used against the European Union" to press the bloc to change its policy on Belarus, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis told DW's Alexandra von Nahmen.
