Lost in Freising - Finnish Engineers in Germany

Finnish engineers receive some of the best training in the world. Still, Jan Norrgard always wanted to work in Germany and found a job here through an employment agency. Now the 29-year-old is working in the car industry -- just like he's always dreamed.

He's employed by Denso, a supplier to the auto industry, that's located near Munich. Norrgard compares what it's like to live and work in Finland and Germany. We also look at what German firms need to do to find more skilled workers.
