Lubumbashi, the city at the southern tip of the Democratic Republic of Congo is known for mining. Yet its young creatives are working to change this. Lidya Katanga, a model and organizer of the Lubumbashi Fashion Week, wants to show people that her hometown is worth more than just the minerals it is famous for.
