Lupita Nyong'o is Berlinale's first Black jury president

In the 74-year history of the Berlin International Film Festival, Lupita Nyong'o is the first Black person ever to chair the competition jury. Born in Mexico in 1983 and raised in Kenya, Nyong'o is a star of many talents — not just on the screen.
