Macron pledges fighter jets for Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron says France will deliver Mirage 2000 fighter jets to Ukraine by the end of the year and train Ukrainian pilots to fly them. The Kremlin accused France of "inflaming tensions" in Europe. DW News spoke to military analyst Marina Miron of King's College London for her assessment.
