Severe flooding continues to affect many parts of Germany. Southern and eastern regions have been particularly hard hit. As the floodwaters move north, some already-stricken areas are beginning clean-up operations. The damage caused by the floods are enormous, but at the moment no one can predict just how costly they'll be.
