Two weeks ago, Malawi's government ordered the relocation of refugees and asylum-seekers from the country's cities and towns. Its Homeland Security Ministry is reporting that close to 1,000 people have returned to Dzaleka refugee camp, located a few kilometers away from Malawi's capital, Lilongwe.
