While violence rages on inside Syria, opposition activists living abroad are doing what they can to help support civilians suffering in their homeland. Here in Germany, activists have held a benefit concert in Offenbach to raise money for urgently needed supplies. The concert was organized by the German-Syrian Association and US-based musician Malek Jandali, who grew up in Syria.
