Masses of Money - Dividends from DAX Companies

Companies such as BASF, Daimler and Deutsche Telekom plan to increase their dividend payouts to shareholders in the coming year. Telekom's generosity goes even further: it plans to distribute its entire profits. The reason: the companies' earnings are solid, but they don't know what to do with the money, because interest rates are so low.

Because the dividends are factored into the DAX, the German blue chip stock index profits as well. Report by Marion Hütter
