US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Israel, trying to reach a cease-fire in Gaza. He told reporters that this was "a decisive moment." He added it was "probably the best, maybe the last opportunity to get the hostages home, and to put everyone on a better path to enduring peace and security."
