German Chancellor Angela Merkel has underlined the urgency of finding a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. After a meeting with the Palestinian President in Berlin, she expressed hopes that prepatory talks underway Jordan would succeed in re-starting formal Mideast talks.
