Merkel in talks with Social Democrats

Germany is edging closer to getting a new government following September's national election. Leaders of Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservatives and the second largest party in parliament -- the Social Democrats -- have now agreed to enter into formal coalition negotiations. They're set to focus on the key issues of a national minimum wage, as well as tax and energy policies.
