Merkel in Washington - Ways out of the economic crisis are a key item

As countries around the world struggle to prevent economic meltdown, protectionism is making a comeback. The association of German exporters says rules forcing Chinese and US manufacturers to give preference to local products and services are a disaster for the recovery of the world economy. Ways out of the economic crisis are a key item of Chancellor Merkel's talks with President Obama today in Washington.
