The Chinese vice premier Li KaChong is in Berlin... part of a nine-day visit to the EU -- he's currently talking trade to German leaders... the German Economics Minister says China must let the yuan appreciate against the US dollar and dismantle trade barriers... for his part Vice Premier Li promised to make it easier for German companies to do business in China, and to take steps to protect the intellectual property rights of companies operating in China.
