As federal agents prepare to leave Minneapolis after deadly clashes with protesters, the city is torn between relief, grief and deep mistrust — and fears that similar crackdowns may soon hit other US communities.

Minneapolis residents welcome the withdrawal of thousands of federal agents after two protesters were killed, but grief and distrust remain.
