Moldovan Day marking Soviet invasion of Bessarabia condemned by Duma

Moldova's acting president Mihai Ghimpu has issued a decree declaring June 28th 'Soviet Occupation Day' drawing condemnation from the Russian parliament and protests from Moldovan communists.
