Moscow has ordered three Georgian diplomats to leave the country. Russia's decision comes a day after Tbilisi made a similar move. Meanwhile, Nato has criticized the government in Georgia for declaring a state of emergency. Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said the Georgian government's actions were not in line with the organisation's values. (Well) there was relative quiet on the streets of Tbilisi today, with a major security force present on the streets. +++SYN-MAZ+++
