Baking cookies, making custard, brewing coffee - the Maya nut is full of possibilities. And it's healthy to boot. The culinary multitalent, also known as bread nut, grows in Guatemala and other places, and has a lot of fans. Julio Madrid is one of them. He particularly loves its taste - which is "almost like chocolate."
