NATO foreign and defence ministers have gathered in Brussels to map out an orderly withdrawal of international troops from Afghanistan and plan the next phase. This comes as allies such as Australia and France have said they want to withdraw their troops earlier than planned. Despite talk of early exits, NATO's secretary general said that coalition forces would stay in the country for training purposes.
