Friday marks ten years since the beginning of the US-led war in Afghanistan. Today, more than 130-thousand foreign troops remain in that country... the lion's share from the United States. With defence budgets under massive pressure, the US and other NATO countries are keen to reduce those numbers. But how fast should they go? A question Nato defence ministers have been discussing in Brussels today.
