Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said the "intense phase" of his country's military operations against the Islamist-militant Hamas group in Gaza is "about to end." He added, however, that the fighting won't stop until the group behind the October 7 terror attacks no longer controls Gaza.
