Third-country nationals who fled Ukraine stuck in limbo

Dutch courts are considering whether to extend protective asylum for people who fled the war in Ukraine but didn't have the permanent right to live there. The so-called "third-country nationals" were initially granted the right to stay in the Netherlands along with Ukrainian citizens but now the government has had a change of heart and asked the some 3,000 people to leave the country.
