Welcome back to business... One year ago today B-P's Deepwater Horizon Oil Rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico. Eleven people died and oil streamed into the Gulf for weeks, devastating the environment and the industries which depend on it. At that time, everyone agreed, change in the oil industry was necessary. The Obama adminstration stopped awarding permits for deep-water drilling - until a few weeks ago.
