New allegations emerge about September's air-strike in Afghanistan that killed almost 150 people

Controversy continues to surround the German-ordered airstrike in Afghanistan last September, which left up to 150 people dead. Over the past three months the German public has continuously learned new details about the attack mainly through leaks and media reports. The question of why the full circumstances of the incident weren't released immediately, is now putting increasing pressure on Chancellor Angela Merkel's Conservative coalition government.
