Shares in German engineering company Siemens are powering higher this Thursday... investors seem to think the new chief executive Peter Löscher is on the right track, and that its three main divisions - automation, medical and power - and set for strong growth. Investors seem unruffled by new revelations that Siemens has now uncovered a total of 1.3 billion euros in questionable payments. The Siemens bribery scandal began a year ago when allegations surfaced that Siemens bribed foreign clients to win contracts.
