Many residents are already being disturbed by up to 30 planes an hour taking off and landing at Frankfurt Airport. Their anger has been intensified by the plans being drawn up for yet another runway. Politicians are doing their best to resolve the situation; however the public remain unimpressed after seeing many promises broken.
