Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has been meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Russian city of Sochi aiming to bring the Black Sea grain deal back to life. But Putin refuses and says the deal won't be restored until sanctions on Russian exports are lifted.
