Norway's invisible rare earth mine

The Fen deposit holds almost 9 million tons of rare earth ore, making it the biggest known source in Europe. But to get to it, the company Rare Earths Norway will have to dig underneath a village of over 2,000 people. How will they do it?

This mining project poses significant environmental and logistical challenges, while also bringing potential benefits for Europe. And what about the local community that lives on top of the rare earth ore?
