Germany is slowly phasing in a retirement age of 67. But even now, workers over the age of 50 often find themselves sidelined. Many Germans have experienced age discrimination. One of them is 59-year-old Hilda Neidhard. Her boss told her to her face that he didn't want any employees who were over 50.
