Germany has a shortage of skilled workers and Spain a shortage of jobs. So the St. Hubertus rehab clinic in Bad Wiessee, Bavaria, decided to do something to remedy both problems and is hiring caregivers from Spain. There's only one condition: the new employees must agree to take intensive courses in German.
