In one of his first acts as US President, Barack Obama has requested the suspension of all military tribunals at Guantanamo Bay. Obama sought the 120-day delay just hours after taking the oath of office,taking a first step toward his pledge to shut down the controversial camp. The US military has charges pending against 21 prisoners at Guantanamo -- including five men accused of plotting the 9/11 attacks. Military judges are expected to rule on the suspension later today..
