Oil Price Shock - What are the consequences of the low price?

For consumers it's a blessing, but oil-dependent countries and oil producers are watching in horror as the oil price drops. The price has long since fallen below the level where countries can make a profit on sales.

We'll talk about the consequences for these countries and the global economy with Claudia Kemfert, energy expert at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin).
