Welcome Back. Six months ago, oil prices topped 150 dollars a barrel. Since then, the financial crisis and the global economic slowdown have eaten into the oil demand of big consuming nations, and prices are now around 60 dollars. Sources close to OPEC oil producers say that's too low.
