Oil producers aim to freeze production

It's no secret there's a glut of the black stuff - in fact the oversupply is as high as 1.5 Mmillion barrels a day. Two of the biggest oil producing nations want to put a stop to that. Russia and Saudi Arabia have come up with a pact to freeze production.
