Global investors have been looking back one year to the day Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in New York. On September 15th, dozens of Lehman employees removed files and even the company logo from corporate headquarters in the biggest US bank failure in decades. Lehman owed banks and bondholders 770- Bbillion Dollars. It managed 640- Bbillion in assets, which had lost much of their value. Global investors lost Bbillions as well. And many of them blame their brokers.
