German Chancellor Angela Merkel says she isn't yet ready to back a state bail-out for troubled carmaker Opel. Her comments come after an inconclusive meeting between Opel executives and senior government representative on a rescue package for the GM subsidiary that would cost the state 3.3 Billion euros.
