Russian President-elect Vladimir Putin has responded to charges of election fraud by promising that all reports of violations will be carefully investigated. The promise came during a meeting with his challengers after election results showed him receiving almost 64 percent of Sunday's ballot. Opposition groups have been holding protests in Moscow's Puskin Square.
