German consumers eat more organic food. Representatives of the world’s most important organic trade fair, Nuremberg’s "BioFach" reported that turnover in bio-produce rose by 10 percent to about 3 billion euro ($ 3.3 billion) in 2002. However, organic food only has a world market share of 2.3 percent. At "Bio Fach" (Feb.13 – 16), more than 2000 suppliers will be offering their products, ranging from natural food and organic cosmetics to textiles and housewares.
