Kampala's coffee shop for the deaf

A coffee chain in Uganda has opened a cafe staffed by deaf people. The chain says it wants to serve people who cannot hear, and create jobs for this marginalized group. The cafe's clientele is growing, but the coronavirus pandemic is making the barista's job a little bit harder.
