Pakistan: How police in Balochistan help women report crimes

Reporting a crime can be difficult for women in Pakistan's patriarchal society. But police stations in Balochistan are setting up special help desks for women.

In Pakistan's Balochistan province, officer Ayesha Abbasi leads a female police unit. The aim is to make it easier for women to disclose incidents of abuse and harassment in a country where 70% of women fear formally reporting crimes.
