Pakistan Marks Kashmir Day

Feb. 5 is Kashmir Solidarity Day in Pakistan. Kashmir, which has been divided between Pakistan and India since Independence in 1947, continues be the main contentious issue between the two countries. In a message to the nation, Pakistan’s President Pervez Musharraf said that the long-standing conflict with India could be resolved with "sincerity" on both sides.
